Confused

My Maple tree is confused.

We have had the craziest weather here in Michigan this winter.  After snowing a few inches on Sunday, it was actually shovel-able at 2", today it was 56° degrees out.  We have had a very warm (for Michigan) winter with very little snow.  Poor thing, no wonder it's confused.

On Sunday, I noticed that it had started budding.
