(not-even-nearly) Wordless Wednesday

I have a post.  A real post.
A jumbled up, not well thought out post.  But a post nonetheless.
I of course have not budgeted my time appropriately.
So, I'm sticking to the Wednesday photo thing.  Except there's a whole lotta' words goin' on.

Stunning isn't it? It looks like dragon scales to me.

After gingerly toting it around for 22 years or so,
alone by itself in the next room, of its own volition,
the glass loop that held it on its hanger broke.

Tears have been shed.

I know I wont throw it out, but I don't know exactly what to do with it either.

From the looks of it though, maybe it was the weight of the the dust that finally did it in.
